I was impressed with the coffee. I think we had 2 to 3 lattes/cappuccinos/fancy coffees a day.What was surprising, was the food quality. I know lots of Italians, they are always proud of their food, soccer and the fact that they are Italian!Mama Mia! What the heck happened in Rome + Venice? The food was not up to par. We tried a few nice places in the beginning, then decided to eat cheap during the rest of our stay in Italy. I don't know if we messed up our food locations or it was just Rome/Venice are not known for good food.
