Why I Welcome Interest Rate Increases

First of all--Yes this offer is real. For the next 90 days we are accepting  referrals and submissions for projects and we are offering no interest, no monthly payments. 

What happens if the interest rates go up? This gives a project more opportunity to consider other funding models, such as equity funding, which means no interest, no monthly payments.

We will fund up to 90% of the project. We are looking for shovel ready projects that are over $10MM and have a 10% deposit. 

This offer applies to solar energy, construction, manufacturing, development, power plants, golf courses, hotels, infrastructure, bridges, hospitals, mining, and most other projects
