BRAIN GYM
Brain Gym was discovered by Paul Dennison, a pioneer in the field of kinesiology in the 1960's.
He discovered simple cross-over techniques that stimulated brain development.
The cross-crawl is one of the most popular brain gym techniques, and it actually prevents and rehabilitates health problems.
This is a 5:54 minute video showing the brain gym techniques.
The FIGURE 8 technique is a great way to integrate both hemispheres of the brain before tackling a mental project: clasp your hands together in front of you, hold it up at eye level, then let your eyes follow your thumbs as you air-draw a horizontal figure-8.
Do this for about 30-seconds and experience a lift in mental clarity and focus. Cheers!
