OVERCOMING OVERWHELM PARALIMINAL

Dr. Ursula Wild referred me to her intern Shawn Pritchard in 2012, a former Buddhist monk. He taught me the simply amazing 3-second mindfulness meditation technique: RISING & FALLING.
Whenever you feel overwhelmed or anxious:
(1) Inhale and say to yourself "Rising"
(2) Exhale and say to yourself "Falling:
Your chest is rising as you breathe in, and your chest is falling as you breathe out.
That's it. You're done. By doing this, it brings you into the present moment.
