CAVIAR SAFARI

Steve knows that I love caviar and found a place in New Brunswick that offers a caviar safari at Acadian Sturgeon.

It includes a river safari where we picked up 7 sturgeon, both farmed and wild followed by a caviar sampling with champagne and vodka, a picnic of sturgeon ceviche, sturgeon soup, grilled sturgeon on the barbecue.

This facility is unique in that they have a sturgeon hatchery where they sell both eggs and baby sturgeon to fish farms around the world.

And the Ph.D. founder, Cornel Ceapa, regularly hosts scientists from around the world.

Our river tour included two scientists from Auburn University studying sturgeon. They are not able to collect sturgeon samples from the United States, and must come to Canada.
