I'm very proud to report that Stallions Investment Group has purchased our first of many properties. 45860 Spadina Ave is located in the heart of fast changing downtown Chilliwack and OCP (Official Community Plan) indicates highrise up to 18 storeys can be built. Total land size is 1/2 acre and currently has a 10,000 sqft office building providing monthly positive cash flow in the meantime.
