To sum it up, the conclusion is to take out all forms of plastic from your environment. Plastic leaches tiny amounts of contaminants in to your body but we have so much plastic in our world that the combined assault is overwhelming our body's ability to cope.
Use glass, ceramic, metal and avoid plastic wrap, plastic bottles, plastic anything. This not only saves our environment from pollution, it is saving our physical health.
