Naborly offers free credit reports via Equifax alongside their proprietary “AI-powered” Naborly Scoring system.

The reason why this service is free is two-fold: (1) they are creating new paid products for landlords and tenants and (2) they are using AI to power their screening so the more screens they get the smarter their analysis becomes. 

The new product they just launched is the Naborly Rent Guarantee Program. Their tenant screener helps you find the right tenant and the rent guarantee takes the next step by making sure your rent is always paid. 

Average premiums start as low as $15 per month (paid by landlord or tenant) and covers up to 3 month of lost rent payments, $500 for legal fees and $500 for re-marketing fees in case of eviction.
