This is ReMax's new tool to assist owners determine how much their property is worth.

So I checked it out on a foreclosure that I bought earlier this year for $90,000 below market value, and the results confirmed this. It was a good buy, all cash, waiting until spring to flip.

The grandchildren who inherited the estate live in another province and they desired a quick close.

Remember that this is just a tool in your toolbox and does not replace thorough due diligence.

It is still best practice to retain the services of a qualified and designated Appraiser to maintain Legal and Compliance, as they have the qualification to value properties that banks will accept.
