VCV Continues Buying Development Lots!

VIRTUOSO is back in an acquisitions phase and we've secured 6 residential lots we'll be
building new Apartment Buildings on and
offering investors opportunities to share in
the profits!

1.) Our first accepted offer closed March 13, we just secured the lot next door and are working with our Architect preparing our drawings and presentation for rezoning and development permit to the City.

This first Building will be about 40 units.

We'll be publishing an offering to Investors once our building configuration and construction costs are confirmed.

We currently have 2 investors and 1.5 million dedicated, the remaining shares will be offered to investors on a first come first serve basis (BCSC Compliant Investors).
