Mindfulness - How "Expressing" instead of Competing creates Greater Fulfillment in Life

I've read about and studied the topic of "Expressing, instead of Competing" from multiple writers as it's been written and re-written by so many.

But why?

Over the years of practice and focus on this topic I've discovered the profound power  of Expressing which is essentially doing the things your most passionate about, or that are most authentic to your happiness and fulfillment.

Focusing on expressing has allowed me to leave the idea of competing behind, once your no longer distracted by competing, you can focus 100% of your energy and effort on the those specific thing that answer to, "The Ultimate Vision of Your Life".

Here's why.

Let's start with the Grand Daddy of all the Personal Development and Manifesting books, "The Science of Getting Rich" written in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles.

Mr. Wattles Writes; "You are to become a creator, not a competitor. You are going to
get what you want, but in such a way that when you get it every other person whom you affect will have more than he has now."

Steve Seibold writes in his book 177 Mental Toughness Secrets;

"Champions are able to move beyond the boundaries of competition and create what the masses believe is impossible".

These are 2 of the most impactful books I've read, study them over and over, create the thought processes and habits they teach, and watch your life transform around you.

Enjoy, Rick G.
