Yesterday I got to feel the full effect of Social Distancing and the price we pay for this awful virus... We had a grandchild FiFi turn 4 yesterday, a very exciting event... We drove to North Vancouver to deliver a gift to their home... We had a lovely visit with them on their step and Judy and I standing about 10 feet away on the driveway.. We had left the present on the step. I can tell you that virtual hugs don't cut it... It was a painful experience not being able to hug and cuddle but doing what we wanted to do could be a death sentence for someone... We got over it using the phone and Skype.. Not the same but it will have to do... If you are out visiting family keep your distance and if you touch wash your hands with Soap and water.. Let's all get out of this healthy.. "Doc" Livingstonl.
