As life goes on things change, plans change and new opportunities present themselves. 

As a Real Estate agent I was happily involved with EXP Realty for almost 5e years and had planned the next few years there before retiring (I could never really retire as I enjoy the business and my clients way too much). I was presented with a partnership opportunity with a new local brokerage called Blue West Realty with initial locations in Coquitlam and Vancouver with plans for Maple Ridge, Langley and more... The brokerage is primarily focused on residential Real Estate with an amazing connection to presales in new Condo and Townhouse projects... Judy and I discussed the opportunity and decided we could put off retirement for a few years and have some fun with the new brokerage... Check out the web site here..

I have always wanted to own a Real Estate Brokerage or at least a part of it with a say in the growth of the business. It was some time in the making but here it is... Brochures, etc coming soon and will have a lot more to share next month...
