After 3 years of due diligence and negotiations, subjects were removed on December 20th with closing 60 days later.

We are now raising capital to acquire 576 Lougheed Highway.

Phase 1 includes the rezoning into mixed use high density.

We forecast a 3 year process at which point there are 2 options.

Option A is to flip the redeveloped land.

Option B is to flip it to ourselves.

If we choose Option B, then Phase 2 will raise funds to build a tower.
