I Am A Teacher Now!

I am teaching courses on Grief to organizations that deal with grief in their profession. I have delivered courses to Realtors, Estate Lawyers and Care Aid Workers so far! 

My dream is to equip each employee with knowledge and know-how on how to respond and have conversations when their colleague comes back from their mother's funeral :(  

I have also set up structures with HR to create lovely processes on the Return To Work process for the colleague so that they are fully supported throughout their grief journey. 

I am all about practicality and saying "Sorry for your loss" then backing away slowly is not cutting it anymore. I can teach and We can do better!
