I've started running using the KINTEC Learn To Run Clinic. I highly recommend this 10-week program as it has been keeping me accountable to run throughout each week! I have been stretching my physically ability and have definitely seen a huge improvement in endurance! Currently I can run 5 minutes walk 1 minute 5 times. Before this, I was sucking wind at a 4 minute run! I'm excited to do this to the end and then maybe I'll join the Run Faster program next time.
