Sale Price decreased 2.5% from $908 in July to $852k in August.
New Listings decreased from 279 in July to 225 in August.
Total Inventory decreased from 736 in July 697 in August.
Unit Sales decreased from 108 in July to 98 in August.
Sales to Active Ratio also decreased from 15% in July to 14% in August. (February/2022 we were sitting at 62%). 12%-20% is considered a balanced market. Under 12% is a buyers market.
