The Lougheed Landmark application was reviewed by the City of Coquitlam on September 9, 2024.

This was not an official hearing; it was an advisory committee meeting

We, the developer, are not allowed to speak at this meeting.

After weeks of seeking input from the City, we discovered that our application did not meet the specifications under the RM6 zoning and have shifted to C7 zoning.
