Pain Management
I met with my friend Alex in Alberta a few weeks ago! He has had so much pain in his hips due to arthritis for the last 4 years. Speaking with him, he discovered Intermittent Fasting being a key to his pain management strategy! He didn't eat for 24 hours and the pain subsided immensely!
He has taken on intermittent fasting as his regular routine now and sure enough he can walk straighter now! Thats a great anecdote to take it on! If you experience chronic pain in your body it might be worth going on a fast for a few days and see if it makes a difference!
