Recently I had the privilege of meeting a wonderful woman named Lily Schmil! Lily has started an amazing community called Club Femme! It is based in Gastown and brings women together to have intimate conversations about different life events! 

I have been invited to lead one of these conversations!

Join me to learn a new tool and be present to how to untrigger yourself when life isn't handing you what you wish for! Bring a scenario that you are working thru and let's have a breakthrough together! 

Being able to untrigger yourself and getting you back into a state of power is a wonderful skill to have!
