Remember the part when I said to you " PLAN FUN?" The idea there is that when you look back on your life you will see any bad time you had highlighted with having a great time regularly! So..that is actually one of those 'keys to life.'

And now I'm inviting you to fulfill on this New Years Resolution to have a great time and call it 'Self Care'! (Because IT IS!)
