Not to a regular tenant, per se, but to an international high school student.

Many school districts have a homestay program including the Canadian Homestay Network, and MLI Homestay.

Submit your application as a host family at The Custodian or at YES Canada or check out more information at the Canada Homestay Network. 

The student must be between 12 to 18 years old, and the homeowner must live in the residence.
