LOUGHEED LANDMARK UPDATE
April 25th marks a milestone for the Lougheed Landmark project.
We submitted a 3-in-1 application for OCP amendment, rezoning, and development permit.
We opted for the consolidated development application to streamline the process because we have all the required reports.
Just before the long weekend, the City responded to our application by scheduling a meeting for July 2nd.
Our proposed 35-storey tower includes 290 residential units of which 18 are affordable housing units and 10 are live-work units.
The ground floor daycare facility was revised to 74 children with 3 commercial retail units reserved for learning centers that can provide after-school care.
Updates can be reviewed at http://julyono.com, http://ocmi.ca, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
