It's Apple Time Again!

It was another amazing year for our little apple tree!  This sweet, little tree was in very rough shape when we moved in, but, with annual professional trimmings, and some runoff organic fertilizer from the garden, she has once again offered us a bumper crop. 

We have already made a ton of apple sauce and given away several kilos to neighbours.  Which means it's about to be apple pie season! Stay tuned for pictures of flaky crusts and layers of sweet, tender apples. Yum!
