Lila Lou Turns 10!!!

Our precious little angel, Lila Lou, hit double digits this month!

Turning 10 is a big deal for this little girl, considering her multiple knee surgeries, slipped disc and the troublesome shape of the bones in her back legs.  Our vet once told us that she was going to be "here for a good time, not a long time", but Lila had other ideas. She has an indomitable spirit, and a zest for life the likes of which we have never seen.  

Lila also has very specific likes and dislikes.  She is a big fan of snacks, (specifically crunchy vegetables), going on walks, more snacks, harassing her big brother Samson, (she is sitting on him in this pic), singing the songs of her people, and additional snacks. She strongly dislikes baths, not getting snacks, loud noises, wet feet and, once again, lack of snacks. 

Happy Birthday, little one, we expect to celebrate many more happy years with you. We love you, Lila Lou!
