FOCUSED OR FUDDLED
I was trained to get things done - not to "not do things."
However, I've learned that knowing what not to do is more valuable than doing.
When your list of activities becomes overwhelming, some coaching programs advocate the Eisenhower Matrix to sort through the Urgent and Not Urgent tasks.
This may be great for prioritizing many high stakes issues, but there are times when less is more.
Growth for the sake of expanding is not always the right path.
