Pepper Bounty

Behold this magnificent pepper in all it's glory!  How will we ever be able to consume this bounty?  

Needless to say, the canning equipment is coming out and we will eat like Queens for weeks!

We're thinking red pepper jelly, but we welcome any additional ideas.
