All The Tomotoes

This year the crop that really shone has been the tomatoes.  Better late than never!  This pic represents only a fraction of the haul. The entire kitchen is covered in bowls of ripening tomatoes, waiting to meet their culinary destiny.

Michelle has mastered the classic marinara sauce, but her real specialty is spicy ketchup. Good thing we grew that huge pepper!  Fortunately, a few peppers were adequately sized, and we still have a bunch of habanero peppers from last year in the freezer.

Tomatoes were all grown completely organically and came out delish!  This haul will keep us in various sauces and ketchup for the whole year.

In gardening, as in life, you win some, you lose some.
