This is not a tough hike but it is certainly a beautiful walk through the woods. We spent 3 hours hiking at a leisurely pace beside Norrish Creek (also known by the local as Suicide Creek), covering just over 7 km total (in and out).
Follow Highway #7 (Lougheed Highway) to the town of Dewdney, just East of Mission. Turn onto Hawkins Pickle Road just West of where the highway crosses the railroad tracks, and follow it to the end (about 3 km). Park here.
Cross the gate and walk toward the train bridge crossing Norrish Creek; then head to your left. You'll find the trail shortly.
Note that this is not to be confused with the Norrish Canyon Trail which follows Norrish Creek on the west side of the creek - unlike this hike which follows the east side.
