Schedule "A" to Contract Buying Foreclosure

Foreclosures are always available but you'll need to be careful with the process.

The lender who has the Court Order cannot warrant any aspect of the property so as a Buyer you are required to sign a Schedule A (SEE ABOVE LINK) which is the long form of Buyer Beware you're buying as is.

When you make an offer that's accepted by lawyer accepting offers on behalf of lender it must be subject free to be taken to court. So, get your financing prearranged so you know you can complete on the purchase.

When you go to court on the appointed day be ready for other offers that may be brought before the court before your offer can be accepted.
