Some really good advice

This is a pretty common scenario I see quite often: a hard-working young professional who wants to save up money to buy a home as well as pay off their debt, while also being wary about saving for retirement.

As a financial advisor, we listen to what our clients are hoping to achieve, their goals and dreams, and we try to help make that a reality by giving them sound advice. We attempt to educate our clients on proper money management, and try to break things down to its basics - and that includes teaching them on how to take the emotional aspect out when dealing with things such as debt.

This financial planner gave some awesome advice that I agree whole-heartedly with. He brought up some key points that I think everyone should be aware of.
