A raft ride down the river

I was able to take a 3 day trip with my family to a popular tourist destination within China, the city of Guilin. There was a lot to see and do and unfortunately our timing wasn't the best as the rain started the day we got there and ended the day we left. However, some of the experiences were still very cool.

Take the ride down the river for example. We hopped onto a strung together bamboo raft and the man standing on the back end moved us along by sticking his bamboo rod into the bottom of the river and pushing us forward. My grandma had a great time and it was awesome to share this experience with her.
