Why you need insurance even if you're young and single

A common question I get asked a lot from clients is 'why do I need insurance? I'm young and I'm single without a family to provide for'. That may be true, but that doesn't mean you don't need insurance. In fact, the younger you are, the more insurable you should be and you would be saving yourself a lot of money down the road, not to mention it'll get you better positioned in life when your priorities change.

A person's health is not guaranteed and your ability to earn income is your greatest asset. There are also many different types of insurance that will actually allow you to access money during times of need. The question shouldn't be 'why do I need insurance' but rather 'what kind of insurance is right for me at this stage of my life'.
