Welcome to the first VIP Club Mortgage Memo of 2016!!!

I trust you had a great time ringing in the new year. Shawna and I actually stayed up until midnight for the first time in three years. Moses and Floyd, as you can see above, were on the edge of their seats watching the ball drop. They have also both informed us that their resolution is to throw more tantrums.... it's going to be a great year!!!
