Crock Pot Beef & Broccoli

Since the boys have been born, there is no doubt that our favourite kitchen appliance has been the crock pot. With the madness of both Shawna & I working full-time, and trying to keep the boys from launching themselves off the back of the couch, dinnertime has been so much easier with the help of out crock pot.

And the meal-du-jour for us is this ridiculously simple beef n broccoli recipe. We love it so much that I just finished making it last night - for the second time in a week!
