Something you may or may not know about me.... Not only am I a mom of three (yes husband counts as third) but I am an avid Crossfitter.

What is Crossfit? To me it is about community building, teamwork & hard work with an awesome end result!

Being a former ballerina & Croatian dancer, I had no idea what a work out consisted of when I went to the gym. I did the elliptical, while mostly talking to others around me. I did my sit-ups, I played with the machines. When I went home, I felt like I had accomplished going to the gym. Note: Never did I say I felt like I accomplished a workout...

A year ago I was introduced to Crossfit by my sister in law, Martina Cvitanovic, in a bootcamp type class. Immediately I lost 25 pounds in a couple months. This included changing my eating to Paleo. I felt better about myself & I was getting stronger. Six months ago I started actual Crossfit & a couple weeks ago joined my first Crossfit affiliate. Today I can say I am a stronger, healthier me.
