Although the vast majority of my business comes from word of mouth referrals, the ever increasing importances of having some level of online presence isn't lost on me, and on the advice of many in the industry, I've come to realize that I haven't done a great job of asking my incredible current and previous client base for a review of the service I provided. As such, for the remainder of the month of July, I will send a $25 Gift Card to the restaurant/retailer of your choice, to any current or past client (to a maximum of 15 clients) that posts a Google Review to the link below:

Now, I do want to preface, although I would absolutely love your 5 Star Review, I also want your honesty! In no way do I want to be perceived as "paying" for a great review; the gift card is simply a THANK YOU for taking the time out of your schedule to write a few words.

Early Renewal?
When your mortgage term is coming to an end, do not simply "early renew" with what your lender offers you. Explore your options.
Things to think about when your mortgage is up for renewal:
1. Do you have any high interest credit cards or loans you would like to roll into your mortgage?
2. Can you qualify for a re-advanceable mortgage? Not sure what this is? Ask me today!
3. How long are you planning on staying in your existing home? Why sign for a 5-year term when you might move in the next 2-3 years?
4. How does your existing lender calculate mortgage penalties?
5. No matter what, you have time, so don't succumb to bank pressure.
