My Cayman Island trip

I love traveling. I enjoy airports and going to special places. Last week I was in San Antonio at a conference and enjoyed the river walk. Then I went to Grand Cayman Island and participated in their Singing Christmas tree production and spoke at their church on Sunday.

This is a picture of my hotel and the glorious scenery I enjoyed. What I like most about travelling is getting hotels at wholesale prices.

This Christmas enjoy your travels and celebrate with friends and family.

It's Beginning to Look a lot like Business

Perhaps the best holiday real estate investing tips are about doing what you can, but not beating yourself up if you don’t get to everything on your to-do list. Because even if you’re slammed with family commitments and more than a few holiday carbohydrates, you can always carve out some time to optimize your business.

And the small work you do now, in the holiday months, might just build enough momentum for you to have the best investing year of your career.

Congratulations to all the investors who have successfully worked with me this year and have increased their net worth by getting incredible properties for 50 cents on the dollar.
