Happy Wives Dancing Club

So...I also have other business ideas that I have wanted to do for years but limited myself and gave the idea away again and again thinking I needed to QUALIFY FIRST!

Turns out, that's dumb. I am starting a club for Wives to dance at...its a biweekly event that gets wives out of their house and away from their children!

To qualify, you must be one of these circumstances:

- in a relationship and so tired of being stuck at home!

-tired of being stuck at home, period. and want to get out!

- have children

AND

-want to dance alot

-we encourage husbands/partners to come too (this can double as date night)!

BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD!

I plan to launch a few of these clubs in different cities in Lower Mainland, If you are interested in being involved let me know :)

Currently all proceeds are going to pay for the Talkshow The Unforgotten Ones! It costs about $1200 per month to create these shows!

Snowboarding Adventures

Tuesday nights you can find me on the mountain!

I just completed 4 lessons so I can officially turn all the way down the mountain properly... :)

It is sooooo much fun! I highly encourage the lessons as it comes with a One - Nighter Pass in the end. SO if your lessons were on a Tuesday...you get the rest of Tuesday nights free of charge for the rest of the season.

Also I discovered the amount of people who are willing to drive me up the mountain!

I posted on Craigslist and with a 20-30s meetup group! Suddenly I got 4 ride offers and regular friends to ride the mountain with! Cypress! Woo HOOO!!!

Snow QUEEN

Ever wonder how all that snow in the City Of Vancouver finally covered every neighborhood with salt!??????

ITS BECAUSE OF MEEEEEE!!!

My job shifted to creating a City Wide Plan to cover local neighborhoods and teach everyone their role as snow duty came up many times this year!

IT WAS AMAZING! I would say words like, 'I need Oak St closed down from 6th Avenue to Broadway due to crazy hills and crazy ice' and 10 minutes later, after dispatched out, a crew would show up and close that road!!!

INSANE POWER! I DECLARE MYSELF SNOW QUEEN OF VANCOUVER!

If you need your street cleared and salted, I can apply the magic! Bwa HA HA HA!!! THE POWER IS MINE!!!

Something AMAZING from having a Mortgage!!!

So I have a mortgage on my condo and am finally able to use a product that is attached to it!

I first had to pay down 20k in principal.

Now I have access to that 20k in the form of a secured Line Of Credit that comes with a Visa Credit Card with an interest rate of prime plus 1%. (that's 3.7% forever or actually will go down lower in about a year)

And the credit limit goes up on my card as I still pay down my principal on my mortgage!

This is why I highly highly recommend my Mortgage Broker Family Members!!!

The Unforgotten Ones Launching

So My life is finally Launching!!!

I have 13 videos completed with The Unforgotten Ones!

We are now releasing one a week forever!!!! (we are continuously filming monthly)

I finally went through them and OMG! This community project is GONNA HELP SOOOOO MANY PEOPLE!!!

WE GOT:

- stories of pregnancy losses

- healing from home initiated and

- we got tips and tools for people to move through the emotional trauma that happens

I am also starting a new newsletter feed!!!

Please let me know if you want to be on the feed!!!

It will be personalized about what I am up to (just like here) but there will be tools related to the pregnancy loss world. As well as what we have discovered in the videos (with links!)

If you know others that may benefit, I should have a website up and running by next newsletter so they can join in on the conversation!

Possibility Partners For Life

I completed Landmark Forum Curriculum For Life back in September 2016 and have now completed Coaching the Self Expression and Leadership Program with 3 participants successfully making it through!!

These relationships have really got me grasping at what I have learned and I must promote the program here!

The end result are Powerful Community Leaders that instill projects into their community that run themselves by the end of the 4 month program!!!

YUP I have to say it! Landmark! I spent 5 years making that word a cuss word...and now I am 100% results oriented in what it has given me access too!

My vision is now a community project that is running itself. I show up for my Talkshow and everything is organized! NUTS! NUTS NUTS!!!
