Know Before You Go. Get Pre-Qualified Now!
Even though the Real Estate Market has cooled somewhat, I am still finding that people are calling after they have an accepted offer on a property. Sadly, often these folks can't qualify to buy a house they already fell in love with. You can save yourself, (and your Realtor), a bunch of heartache and time by simply getting a mortgage pre-qualification.
Knowing how much home you can afford before you agree to buying is just good sense. We can usually get you pre-qualified in under a day and hold your rate for 3 months.
