Jinjoo's Going Golfing :-)

 

Makai and I recently took up Golf and of course Jinjoo wants to go everywhere we go so we wondered, "Are there any Dog Friendly Golf Courses" so he can come along?

And voile', turns out there are plenty of Dog Friendly Golf Courses all over Canada and the US.

Glad to find our new Push Carts have a "Kangaroo Pouch" for Jinjoo Lol,,,

Mindfulness, are Reading and Learning the same thing?

 

I've been studying how to "Reprogram my Subconscious Mind" to support the Scaling of Virtuoso Capital Ventures (VCV) for about 12 years now and I've discovered some interesting things about how success is created.

I'm going to focus this discussion on how simply Reading, does not equate to Learning, and how to train your subconscious mind to Learn what it needs to Learn to support the realization of your goals and successes, ideally in the form of "The Ultimate Vision of Your Life". 

Over the years I've spoken on this topic at many events and to many people who have read what I consider the 4 most important books I've ever read that support the Ultimate Vison of my Life and the Scaling of VCV.

1.) Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, by T Harv Eker

2.) The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace D. Wattles

3.) 177 Mental Toughness Secrets of the World Class, by Steve Siebold

4.) The 80 / 20 Principle, by Richard Koch

Since discovering how Reprograming the Subconscious Mind supports the actualization of a written Vision and Goals through the "Master Mind Process" I've created a training Course around this process that I call, "Game Changer, Goal Planning for Success".

And I've now integrated this course into the DNA of Virtuoso Capital Ventures, I call it the "VCV Culture Training Program".

The training format is "Master Mind Groups" of 4 or less, made up of all the VCV Team Members.

Everyone who I bring into VCV as a Team Member starts this program from Day 1.

Team Members are tasked with "Creating a Vison of Their Life", both in writing and in the form of 'Vison Boards", and sharing their Vision with the other team members during each Master Mind Meeting, as well as participating in Book Studies of the 4 books listed above.

This "Deep" introspective, subconscious level of learning is incredibly challenging which is why it's best done in a Master Mind, facilitated by a Coach who's mastered these "Facilitated Introspect" techniques.

Investor Update: VILLA VIRTUOSO - 32 Unit Apartment Building Investment Offering.

Our "Villa Virtuoso" Investment Offering for our brand new construction Apartment Building is now over 90% funded!

This Offering is fully "RRSP and TFSA Eligible"!, and open for "One on One Investor Presentations" and "investment".

The remainder of this Investment offering's "Funding" stage is set to close November 30 so if your interested let me know and we'll save you a placeholder.

We're currently in the Development Permit process which we'll have completed by end of November followed by Building Permit issuance and begin Construction Winter/Spring of 2020/2021.

- Retain your % equity position for the lifetime of the project, 10 years or less.

NEW PROJECTS

COVID 19 is starting to produce deals, we're now working on 2 offers of single family homes to create our next Parcel of Assembled Land for our next New Build Apartment Building.

We currently have 3 adjoining lots, these next 2 lots will create the 5 lot Parcel that will become our Next Apartment Building Project with our target being to start the rezoning and land consolidation process spring 2021.

PAST PERFORMANCE

Despite COVID-19 Lockdowns our Multi Family / Apartment Buildings continue to capture 99% of rents and hold their value even as other Real Estate Asset Classes are exposes to substantial devaluations.

Values are holding due to the Federal and Provincial Governments CERB, CRAP and other financial Relief initiatives. Through these programs tenants are being provided enough relief funds to pay rent, so glad I "Only Invest in Apartment Buildings".

Virtuoso Executive Office Suites - Purchased August 2020 for $450,000. We've currently invested $35,000 to Reno/Convert this under performing property into a 10 Unit "Professional Building" leasing to Lawyers, Notaries, Paralegals, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers etc. which will increase the value of this property to $1.9 Million and to offer "Virtual Office Reception" as an Add On the the Physical Office Spaces which will increase the Property's Values well beyond the $1.9 Million target. 

Deauville Apartments - Purchased in 2015 for $1.777 Million, current value is in excess of $3.2 Million. 

Walkerville Court Apartments -  Purchased in 2012 for $1.977 Million, current value is in excess of $3.45 Million. 

Helen Terrace Townhomes - Purchased in 2011 for $50,000 per unit, these 3 story, 3 bedroom Townhomes are currently values at $130,000 per unit.

Aaron Apartments - Purchased in 2011 for $245,000, current value is in excess of $600,000.
