Run Clinic!
I've started running using the KINTEC Learn To Run Clinic. I highly recommend this 10-week program as it has been keeping me accountable to run throughout each week! I have been stretching my physically ability and have definitely seen a huge improvement in endurance! Currently I can run 5 minutes walk 1 minute 5 times. Before this, I was sucking wind at a 4 minute run! I'm excited to do this to the end and then maybe I'll join the Run Faster program next time.
Game Changer - Being Tuned Into VS Chasing Leads
I have changed the way I do business lately. I know lots of people who are reading this are entrepreneurs. In 2022-2023 I met with over 500 people for networking, and to personally get to know people one on one. It was fun and a lot of work to keep it up. Typically five meetings per week was my tactic to get my name out there as a Grief Specialist. Plus follow ups and setting each person up with someone in my network. I finally stopped in December, when I looked at my actions and looked at the Return On Investment.
Seeing a -95% ROI, I stopped networking. After a bit of recovery time, I changed my focus to being tuned into as a solution to people's grief problems.
Within the first week, the people I networked with called me out of the blue to hand me clients.
If you're an entrepreneur or not, please check in with yourself and see if you are open to RECEIVING. Be the lighthouse where people can look to for direction, instead of the boat in the water trying to make it through.
This has been a game changer for me. Soooo... please tune in to me! If anyone in your life has been overcome by grief due to loss, reach out to me and let's set everyone back on their path to peace.
