MASTERING YOUR INNER VOICE
If you've ever wondered why people like to go with the crowd instead of choosing to be unique, it is rooted in our psychology for safety and validation.
Some people have an unhealthy fear of rejection probably because they were not taught how to handle it.
Rejection is not always about you; it's recognizing that the other person's perspectives and priorities may not align with yours.
I am grateful for training with and learning Blair Singer's Little Voice Mastery - overcoming the negative voice in your head that is sabotaging you.
My mentor T. Harv Eker trained me to say "Thank you for sharing" whenever I let that voice stop me from doing something out of my comfort zone.
It took 3 years of constant practice to silence my little voice to learn that my first acknowledgement is to thank it, but I'm doing it anyway.
Along the way, I kept a journal of all the successes for those days when I needed a little self-encouragement.
We all have the potential to achieve great things, but without action your potential remains unrealized.
