Evergreen Is A'Commin

Evergreen Transit Line

When the line is done you'll be able to take a community bus to Translinks Evergreen Stations, and be at the Vancouver International Airport faster and so much cheaper than you could ever drive.

Wow. Imagine, get the good value of Port Moody with its natural environs and transportation convenience as well.

What do Condos cost in Port Moody

OK. So you're on your own, or, you and the better half only need a 2 bedroom suite but you want all the conveniences. Guess what? You can have it all in Port Moody - trails, beaches, shopping, and easy access to transit. Be downtown via West Coast Express in 25 minutes.

Most Folks Need Their Mortgage ...

Renewal Considerations

to carry on with home ownership, buy a new one, or trade up.

However, most folks
DO NOT BOTHER TO CONSIDER THEIR OPTIONS WHEN RENEWAL DATE COMES UP.

You must know that banks like to renew a mortgage at closer to posted rates than the initial rate. WHY? They want to increase their profit margin on your loan.

Take a look at a second opinion. Compare the cost of early discharge penalties and you'll understand that there's a lot of truth to the horror stories you've heard.

Call me at 604 230-9392 if I can help. A second opinion will not cost you a dime!

Good Value In Port Moody Homes

Good Value In Port Moody Homes

There's no place in Greater Vancouver that offers access to Burrard Inlet to enjoy out door activities - wild life, open spaces, lakes, beaches, walking trails.

Take A Short Bus Ride To Sasamat Lake

You could drive for hours out of Vancouver on the Freeway and still not find a place like Sasamat Lake next to Balcarra near Port Moody.

Look up complete directions using Google maps. From downtown Port Moody, you will be turning left on Ioco Road. Follow the signs to White Pine Beach.

You can also get to White Pine Beach by bus. The 150 bus leaves from downtown Port Moody every hour and takes about 15 minutes to get to the lake. See Google Maps for detailed information.

We Always Need To Remember The Cost Of OurFREEDOMS

You've got to love the news reports that more Canadians are paying attention to all that paid the price for the freedom we enjoy today.

I'm so glad the Federal Government is now paying attention to who can become Canadian and who cannot !!!
