Floyd and Moses sure were pretty excited when their Grandpa brought them back alpaca wool jackets from his trip to Peru! Perfect for playing in the leaves on a cool autumn morning!! This is actually one of my favourite pics of the mini-men because it is one of the rare instances where they are both sitting still and looking at the camera. Although they are twins, they definitely are not identical....

Buying A Home With A Rental Suite?

Secondary rental suites are recognized as a source of affordable housing offered at a cost that is often lower than those for apartments in purpose built rental buildings.

As of Sept 28th 2015, CMHC will now consider up to 100% of gross rental income from a 2-unit owner-occupied property as opposed to only 50% currently.
